Joanne Fitzgerald
Joanne Fitzgerald is an organisational psychologist and socio-analyst with sound business knowledge that informs her consulting practice. She has over 20 years professional and management experience in the government and non-government sectors in Queensland, Western Australia, and Victoria. In 1996, she started her own organisational consultancy in Perth to enable teams, individuals and organisations to strengthen their functioning and embed effective long-term change. For the last seven years, Joanne has worked successfully from Melbourne.
Joanne’s work with Designed Interventions has a strong focus on organisational and culture diagnosis, and sustainable change.
Joanne has strong capability in: Transition and implementation processes for mergers & acquisitions; Managing culture and change projects; Organisation review and restructuring; Action learning; and Team development.
She has taught at post graduate level at Swinburne and Monash Universities in Victoria and at the University of Western Australia.
